Noi Sirius is hiring a CEO. We are looking for a leader with drive, integrity and excellent interpersonal skills to lead a cohesive team of up to 150 employees with a shared goal of delighting the nation's taste buds.

The CEO drives the company's strategy in cooperation with the board and manages the daily operations with a strong management team. Noi Sirius was acquired by the Norwegian company Orkla in 2021. Noi Sirius is now part of Orkla Confectionery & Snacks, a market leader within confectionery, snacks and biscuits in the Nordics and Baltics.

With this solid ownership, Noi Sirius has started a journey of further growth and professionalism. The company's new CEO will lead this continuing journey based on a strong local foundation with access to global capabilities. Exciting times lie ahead for this more than 100-year-old company.

We are looking for:

• Extensive experience in management and operations
• A proven track record of achieving challenging business goals
• Superb strategic thinking
• Drive, ambition and strong team building skills
• Significant experience in the consumer goods market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
